mandolinen med keramiskt blad, som fått bäst i test i Icakuriren (2011), Allt om mat (2010) och Aftonbladet (2010).
Den nya mandolinen är storleken större och anpassad efter kraven i restaurangköken. Den är enkel att använda, utan monterande och lösa delar. Välj tjocklek från 0,5 - 3 mm.
Det keramiska bladet häller skärpan i många år. Den påverkas inte av syror och kan omöjligen rosta.
